EXAMPLES OF PREVIOUSLY IDENTIFIED CASES

Sun Hung Kai Financial ("SHKF") alerts the public that it has recently discovered that a company called "China Gold (Capital) Limited" ("中國金(資本)有限公司", thereafter referred to as "China Gold") has claimed to be the agent of a company called "SHK International Group Limited" ("新鴻基國際集團有限公司") and attempted to sell a fund named "Sung Hong Kai Fund" (the "Fund") in Shanghai.

SHKF would like to clarify that:

1. It has not appointed any company in Shanghai as agent/ distributor of the Fund.
2. "SHK International Group Limited" or "新鴻基國際集團有限公司" is not a member of SHKF.
3. None of its member companies has signed any contract with "China Gold".
4. The Fund, "China Gold", "SHK International Group Limited" and "新鴻基國際集團有限公司" are in no way related to SHKF.

As such, SHKF will not accept any liability for any matters relating to the Fund or any of the aforesaid entities.
