Sun Hung Kai Financial ("SHKF") alerts the public that it has recently discovered that a company purporting to be "上海瞬蓉投資咨詢有限公司" or "上海金倍投資有限公司" (referred below as the "Said Firms"), is operating a website http://www.cybersl.hk, (hereinafter referred to as "CyberSL").
CyberSL shows a 40th anniversary logo (同心創富40年) (the same as SHKF's genuine websites) and links to one of SHKF's genuine websites (www.shkfg.com)
SHKF (which includes Shun Loong Holdings Limited ("順隆集團有限公司") and its member companies) would like to clarify that it has not approved or endorsed any information on CyberSL, and that it has no connection whatsoever with CyberSL or the Said Firms.
SHKF has already reported this case to the SFC and the CSRC, and will not accept any liability for any matters relating to CyberSL or the Said Firms.
